Chapter 4 - DAY4 - Heidelberg to innsbruck September 10th 2011 Today was supposed to be a comfortable drive from Heidelberg through spectacular mountains which surround Fern Pass, our route to the Austrian city of Innsbruck. We are new to travelling and new to blogging. The kids are off our hands and the mortgage is under control so we're celebrating doing the hard yards - and surviving them by heading off on our Big OE (about 30 years late)! We leave Wellington New Zealand on 23 July and will spend 3 months exploring UK/Europe,a mixture of organised tours and independent travel.
