St-Peray bubbly
The vintner Stephen Chabot makes white wines including this "champagne" style demi-sec. It was not sweet like the champagnes we've had before (but good). IN the end, we skipped supper and just had baguette, brie, and champagne for dinner.

Baguette, brie and bubbly - it doesn't get any better than that - except if you're having it in France!!
