All Day in Church!! (Not really) July 12th 2011 Wow! We spent many hours at the Vatican today. We started our day by having coffee and juice at the little coffee shop in Piazza Moreno. Then we hopped on bus 64 to the Vatican -- what a quick trip that was! When you walk, it seems like it’s a long way, but it was only a five-minute bus ride.

I am a former IT professional, but now I'm retired and live in Hawaii, on the island of O'ahu. I've lived here for 5 years now, and I never tire of the natural beauty of the Hawaiian Islands. I love waking up to beautiful days, beautiful scenery, and great friends. But I'm glad to have some time this summer to explore Italy with my teenage daughter and her good friend.
