I struggle out of bed after an uneasy two hours of sleep with anticipation on the brain. I never sleep well before a trip. My husband and I just moved back to Florida, but we lived in Maryland from June 2008 until October 2009, and we lived in Heidelberg, Germany from June 2005 until June 2008.
