What Beauty we have in this country! We just spent 4 nights camping in the Grand Canyon. We had beautiful campsites, hiked a bit of Bright Angel and Kaibab (about 1 mile down), saw sunset at Powell Point, walked the Trail of Time showing the geology of the canyon from 50 yrs to 1,900 million years (yes, that's a billion +!), had examples of rocks from each layer to see and touch, had lunch overloo ... read more
