The camp kitchen

Because we had no fridge and no electricity, we cooked on propane elements and ate a varied diet of rice, pasta, beans, lentils, chick peas and fresh fruit, veggies. On Sundays we would have eggs, cheese and bread that was bought the day before at the Agua Santa market.
Life in the Rainforest

Hello to all! The five weeks in the Yachana Reserve rainforest was an amazing experience! We both learned a lot about the rainforest ecosystem and the many species that live there.
