The Hook

This is one of the many active auroras I saw from the top of Ob Hill - They were moving quickly and spectacularly.

It was dark, very dark. A slight breeze was blowing in our faces, instantly freezing our breath as we exhaled, and our sweat was freezing to the inside of our parkas - It was 35 below zero and we were walking along the Castle Rock Loop.
