Sierra Negra Volcanic Crater

Last active in 2005, this volcano has formed a huge crater, 6 miles in diameter. We climbed up to the lip of the crater with Daniel (pictured) and his Mom & Aunt.
My Birthday Extravaganza!!

It all started in Banos, on my actual birthday, February 15th. Since Facebook publishes birthdates, I received bday greetings and wishes from dozens of friends (some I hadn't heard from in years and years) and even from a few acquaintances I barely know!
