I've been having a marvelous time at Buccaneer Lodge. It couldn't be more different from Kaikoura's Dusky Lodge. There are only five rooms, so each room has its own designated shelf in the refrigerator and its own designated storage cubby for food. I'm in Waikawa, 2 1/2 miles out of Picton.
