David here... We had booked tickets for a 07:30am bus from Hoi An to Hue (pronounced Hway), which would pick us up at our hotel. The bus didn't turn up until 08:15am, after much worrying from us. The hotel staff were very friendly and told us the bus will come and is sometimes late as it has lots of pick ups around town.
