We wandered around Retiro this morning - transport hub where trains, buses, ferries and subway converge. Nice parks and some interesting buildings. Staff at Art Factory Hostel ($13/night) are great and the art work is impressive but the floor so badly termite damaged that we were in constant fear of falling through and the broken glass, tack and nail in the shower stalls will not be missed. ... read more
