Closing down the bar

Actually we only stayed about an hour but in that time (around 10:45), it started to get dark. After we left the bar, we sauntered down the shopping avenue back toward our hotel. Along the way we found all the souvenir stores were still open. We checked-out a few of them. I one shop I saw a t-shirt I liked but didn't want to pay 9 Euro for it. Gail wanted a 5 Euro CD of Greek music and liked a small bronze chariot they had for 18 Euro. Somehow she bargained with them and we left the store paying 20 Euro for all three. Back at the hotel my room was still stuffy. Tyler had forked-out the 5 Euro for the air conditioning remote control then proceeded to go to all our rooms and turning on the a/c with his remote. Considering how many beers I had had that day and all the "unusual" oily Greek specialities I suffered no ill effects and slept like a baby.

Despite having a few too many glasses of Italy's cheapest and despite laying in a narrow bunkbed with another bed just inches over my head, my first time ever sleeping on a ship was quite restful.
