From the vine of the grape—Tuscany was born. We departed Florence late on Sunday morning in pursuit of our next destination, the island of Elba. Never heard of it? Not too surprising as it perhaps best know in western hemisphere historical circles as the place where Napoleon was exiled in 1814 or so after he was ousted from power.
