I can't believe how lomg it is since I last wrote. Just goes to show how busy life has been.Seven weeks of hot sun has enabled the corn to ripen (embarrassingly)well and the tomatoes to finish early.However cucs and melons still struggling on.Even sleeping outside has its problems ,relief from the night time temps 20-23 Deg BUT being chewed alive by the latest addition at 24 - the chocky monster. ... read more

I am a 60 year old adventurer(mum and grandmum) and I am about to begin the next stage of a chequered life.I have sold my house in N.Ireland to emigrate to Bulgaria. I will be traveling across Europe visiting family and friends on the way in a campervan - height of luxury as I have always camped under canvass previously.Knowing no Bulgarian and travelling on a shoestring I have already had many adventures(laced with problems)last October my 1st visit ever, but was so taken with the country and people I would have liked just to have stayed put -however yet again money reared it's ugly head so ... full info
