Its so difficult to sleep when you are jet lagged but somehow a fitful night was spent until our early morning alarm call at 6.30 We walked next door from the hotel and had a typical Canadian breakfast big enough for 4 people and costing 20 dollars (about £13) Then on to the coach and off for a brief city tour.
