Arrived in Chau Doc around 4.30 pm after an uneventful boat trip from Phnom Penh. We had short listed a place that we thought would be good to stay called the Trung Nguyen. Was listed in LP so was not sure if rooms would stilll be available, and also the group from Intrepid was booked there. We just tagged along behind them as it wasn't too far to walk.
