Mud, Mud and more Mud......tough going in the rain!

Hi Folks, Well Mother Nature pulled a fast one on us again. Last night it rained hard alll night at the Dawson City campground.......we got wet through. To cap it all the road accross the "top of the world" highway also got washed out and we can't get to Alaska for 5 days yet. A motorcycle trip into northern Canada and Alaska. Basically I'm hoping to acheive the two most northerly points accessible by road in both Canada and the USA in the same month. This journey will take me to Inuvik in the North West Territories via the Dempster Highway and then on to Prudhoe Bay/Deadhorse Alaska via the Dalton highway. The bike and I will travel twice out of treeline and twice into the arctic Circle! This whole trip is also raising cash for the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut.
