We arrived at the bus station in Foz do Iguazu around 2.30 pm, three hours after scheduled.. our legs were hurting, and mildly to say also our butts!! From here we took a local bus into the city centre, app. 2 reais pp. It's quite ok to take the bus, if you're not skittish.
