As soon as we returned from the Gibbon experience we boarded a bus for a 15 hour journey to luang Prabang. The bus was pretty good but the roads were a little unerving. We probably did an average of 20 MPH on the twisty unsurfaced roads in the dark and mist. We just decided to close our eyes and hope for the best!!! Luang Prabang is really nice.
