1. Put hole in bag. 2. Throw at base of flame. Seriously, we have no idea why this bag of water was on the wall.

Good evening from Vietnam, Saigon to be exact. We traveled seven hours on a bus from Phnom Penh to Saigon-smooth sailing except for the crazy American guy who put his bag next to mine on the x-ray machine and kept shouting "Be Good" to all of the customs officers.
