Ancient Roman stone "bulls"

After leaving Toledo (Holy Toledo comes from it being the center of the church in Spain and largest cathedral in Europe) we headed off to Segovia via a Monastery I have dubbed "Monasterio del ganso salvaje," but I'm getting ahead of myself.
