Friday 21.5.2010 day 219 Chichen Itza one of the seven wonders of the world We had a tour of Chichen Itza a Mayan city with an English speaking tour guide that explain lots of the building for us. There were pyramids and observatory used as a calendar. The site is about 2600 years old it is amazing what they could achieve so long ago. This was a large city in its day.
