Entry into New Zealand

These entry requirements are really tough!

Happy St. Paddy’s Day! When we arrived about 11 PM last night, the immigration people seemed concerned that we don’t have a flight back out of New Zealand. We are leaving our families and dogs behind to keep the home fires burning and will attempt this Round the World trip in 80 days. Our itinerary is planned to include SE Asia, Australia/New Zealand, India/Nepal, UK, Eastern Europe and Iceland. We have reservations for our flight to Bangkok on Feb 15, 3 days lodging in Bangkok and flights Kuala Lumpur to Australia & return Mar 10-28. The rest we'll just make up as we go along.
