After a very humid night with heavy rain bouncing off the tin roof, the dawn chorus was enough to wake us up at 07h00. Greeted by a beautiful blue sky and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, we ate a very leisurely breakfast, so leisurely that some never arrived, before boarding the bus and heading for Cahuita, a national park covering coral reefs, coastal rain forest and semi-mangroves. ... read more
