Tug Boat on the Intercoastal

This tug boat was employed in some sort of construction near the bridge to Treasure Island, and I also thought it was neat that there was a pelican hanging out on the dock near the boat and a little white bird hanging out in one of the tires on the side of the boat, picking fish out of the water.
