Day 17: Halloween in Northern Thailand

Halloween is very popular in SE Asia - who knew. We've seen signs, candy and costumes galore in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and now Chiang Mai. We even saw some halloween candy and decorations in Cambodia.
