Faith Bridge (Fatih Köprüsü)

This bridge joins the Europe and Asian side of Turkey, built in 1988. Named after the 15th century Ottoman Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, who took Constantinople (Istanbul) in 1453 and ended the Byzantine Empire.

We stayed ın İstanbul from September 19th thru October 1st the average temperature durıng the day was around 24°C or 75 °F. Durıng the nıght, temperatures were around 20 °C or 68 °F.
