So, it turned out that Pakse was not worth writing a blog for! Actually a small town with not a lot happening. The museum that is open daily, was shut, it rained, and after seeing many wats, there were just more of the same! I moved to Hong Kong in August 2007 with the intention of staying for 9 months...until I left eight and a half years later....I finally made a move from HK and spent 2016 in Sydney, Australia. 2017 has included Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Peru, Ireland and Sweden. My favourite adventure: I went travelling in Asia and Europe for six months, taking the Trans-Siberian railway back to England. We managed to get from Thailand to London with no airplanes!
