This could very well be the ultimate experience!

Okay, so do you remember when we met those children on the beach in Phu Quoc Island in June. Well, we have stayed in touch with them via email and IM and they invited us to a fancy "mushroom hot pot" restaurant in Hanoi where they live. I was so excited. I love my 12 year old friend Sally, her 9 year old brother Peter, their 30 year old aunt Amelia (who speaks finer English than we do), the mother Van Anh, and the dad Tuan. It was quite an experience after all these weeks of emailing Sally and her aunt to actually be invited to dinner with them. We were SO MOVED!
Right now, we are feeling pretty darn blessed!
