The Secret Door

This was the coolest thing about Venice and our hotel - down a little hallway was a door that opened up into the canal and you can jump right into your taxi just like James Bond!

From Venice to Rome

June 3rd 2005
Today is a travel day and not much else. We slept in and grabbed some breakfast at a nice outdoor cafe just a few steps away from our hotel.
