When we arrived to Atlanta our first stop before even checking into the hotel was to visit the Martin Luther King Jr Historical Center. The grounds are very large with tons to see. various museums, architecture, monuments and history to indulge yourself in. We managed to see the house that MLK grew up in, the Atlanta fire station no. 6, Ebenezer Baptist church as well as MLK's final resting place. ... read more
