Day 137 The train took 18 hours and was the longest journey we have done in a long time. Time did not drag on the train as we are all used to them now and most of us even got a full nights sleep. We were supposed to arrive at 11am in Shanghai but the very slow train was delayed 2 hours. We are leaving on January 27th with our rucksacks and travelling for 6 months, returning on 11th July. Below is our itinerary and we hope to update an Internet Travel Blog and include the web address below if you want to follow us around the world. 27th January - Fly to Lima - Peru We will spend a couple of weeks in Peru staying at a desert retreat and getting a train up Machu Picchu to following the Inca Trail.
