From Adels Grove we drove north through station country to re-connect with the Savannah Way. It was nice country and the track was in good condition with only a couple of shallow creek crossings. We rejoined the Savannah Way just east of Doomadgee and continued heading west to Hells Gate, where we stopped for lunch.
