Stalin wagon - how dictators travel!

We are sitting at Stalin's conference table in his wagon in his birth town Gori. We are discussing how the hell a dictator like him could become so powerful. I realise that this is still relevant today as still in 2006 there are millions of people oppressed by dictator regimes. Hopefully Air Force One or Iranian Parliament buildings will be museums soon to exhibit the tyranni of the past?
