Windy all the time at this house?

Pretty rural as well. Nearest convenience store is a bit of a drive from here. Don't even think about just hopping on your road bike and biking it, unless you have Lance Armstrong kind of legs.

After visiting Point Lobos today, I decided to make the 30 mile or so drive to Big Sur to experience that stretch of Highway 1 that I have not yet seen.
