Ocean Freighter passing Alcatraz

Here, you can see a freighter on its way East (right to left) and is just to the right of Alcatraz. The bridge you see just below the middle of this picture is US 101, and between that bridge and Alcatraz sits Sausalito.

Mount Tamalpais (Mt. Tam)

Today I decided to summit the area known as the birthplace of Mountain Biking and take some photos. It was a bluebird day by San Francisco Bay area standards, and the photo opportunities were breathtaking. Just awesome views any direction you looked.
