Sweet Potatoes

Since I enjoyed them so much covered in honey at the teachers dinner I thought it would be a great idea to buy some. Never mind the fact that we didn't know how to cook them and that we didn't have any honey. We wrecked a knife trying to cut it before boiling it. This is post-boiling and cutting. The inside kind of tastes like roasted chestnuts.
