Today was the end of SAC III, so that means we are half-way through the six assessment centers. Wow! Kim set out breakfast today and imagine my surprise when it was bagels, lox, and cream cheese. Oh, what delicious looking food! I happened upon this because I was looking for a recipe for Lox that would be different. I have had some Mediterrean food and absolutely love it! I will look at your travel photos later.
