Wind swept tree

I saw this tree in a Magazine somewhere and had been looking for it for a long time. The mag never said where it was and I had figured that it was somewhere I would never see it. Then I drove by it so i had to turn around and go back and take a picture

Today we drove from Hokitika up to Westport stopping at the Pan cake rocks along the way.We checked into our hostle and then headed up to Karamea so I could show Chris and Kim the caves and Limestone arch in the Oparara basin.
