Finally the beach! And a great beach it is that I was on before 4 pm the day of arrival. The sand is very fine and dark and gets everywhere, but oh so awesome after the heat and lack of beach of Granada. Ursina and I were in heaven as we are total beach girls! Welcome to my blog! I will be flying to Mexico on December 1, then trekking down and around Belize, where I will hopefully start my Espanol lessons. Early January 2009 will find me Honduras bound, with adventures continuing to Nicaragua and Costa Rica where I intend on becoming a hammock inspector. Once I get fired for sleeping on the job, I will head up to dip my toes into the Pacific Ocean with Danielle in Mexico.
