When in Rome... December 26th 2008 Our last stop on our Christmas trip was Rome.
Rome is sometimes described as big, dirty and polluted. Those who describe Rome like this, clearly haven’t been to India.
While the outskirts look a bit shabby, Rome was really beautiful and we had a great time. Of course, we weren’t the only people who had come to enjoy Rome this Christmas. It was absolutely packed.

A couple of mid 20 year olds, started this blog back in 2006. We left our homeland of New Zealand and set off on our trip of a lifetime.
These entries follow our travels from our New Zealand to London and back again. Total geeks - no Las Vegas or full moon parties here. We used '1001 Natural wonders' to plan our trips. Sometimes riding 5 hours on the back of a motorbike to see a waterfall or random rock formation.
