Chiang Mai to Chiang Khong to Laos!

Took the public bus to Phayao or Chiang Khong the Most northern town in Thailand that lies next to the Mekong river it is also the gateway to Indo-China. The bus took 8 hours and it's a public bus with mostly monks on it. I'm the only Falang and the locals keep offering me food and they were really friendly.
