The Race Is On! September 15th 2004 7:43 AM and two miles from work. I'm waiting at a red light, ready to clip in to my pedals and turn left as soon as the light turns green. Wes Cheney has been hooked on biking ever since his parents strapped him into a baby seat on the back of his momma's bike.
