What a beautiful display

That was an Australian gold Cabernet Franc. It had like a glazed ripe cherry undertone and I actually couldn't believe the nose when i detected fresh shucked oysters in the first few minutes, the guide confirmed and it quickly dissapeared. Only with wine can you have the drink change in the glass so quickly.
