This was a big driving day - we wanted to go and see South Luangwa park so we drove up to Chipata on the Great East Road, a really attractive road which was almost as good as the Great North Road, that at points followed the course of the Luangwa river. From November 2008 to February 2009, Rob Anderson, James Allan, Seren Waters and Joss Waller will be driving from Nairobi to Cape Town and back, an 8000 mile round trip that will take us through Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.
