As many of my friends are well aware of by now (I say it a lot), Mindo was really awesome. The whole time I was there felt like a summer camp (romance, adventure, not much sleep, campfire). It's about a 2 hour bus ride west of Quito, most of the way out of the Andes in the cloud forest.
