The original flag

This is _the_ original Faroese flag. According to legend (well, story, then, from 1919), the Faroese student Jens Oliver Lisberg came up with the idea in Copenhagen, and then a woman in his home village of Fámjin made this. I'm quite sure there were others involved as well, but the story leaves them out.
