Arrive into Xi An (pro: shee An) nice & early on an over night bus, first impressions of Xi an is not that good but on closer inspection and away from the train station its a lot nicer, straight away I grab a nudal soup and order it in Chinese... store my bag at the station and buy my train ticket to Beijing for the same night.... After 4 years with my Company in Cork, Ireland, it has sadly ceased operations and moved their manufacturing to China....so to turn a negitive experience into a positive one myself and my friend Karen are heading off on a round the world adventure to live it up for a year or so! After the goodbye drinks of course... Thanks to those of you who saw me off in style over the weekend....had a great time...and let me say it was one hell of a party...thanks guys& gals!
