We rafted the Nile, it was awesome!! Too bad we didn't have a water proof camera with us to show you what the rapids were like instead we bought the DVD. They say that the rapids on the Nile are probably some of the best grade 5 rapids in the world. AfricaBound

Hi! Welcome to our travelblog page. We initally called ourselves "AfricaBound" because we spent a year traveling around Africa from August 2007 to August 2008. At that time, little did we even think that we could go on another extended trip. Somehow through much perseverance and determination we were able to save up for yet another extended trip, this time as sort of a honeymoon.
