Wow a lot has happened in the last... ten days or so since I last updated the blog. After Huaraz, the town from which I did the Andean trekking, I decided to head to the coast instead of sticking to the Andes because I wanted to see the Isla de Pisco, what is known in the backpacker's world as "the poor man's Galapagos".
